Blair N. Schmittling
Blair is an associate attorney representing clients in divorce, family, and adoption matters. Blair is passionate about supporting families through challenging transitions, offering not only legal guidance but also empathy and understanding throughout the process. Having grown up in Belleville, Illinois, Blair is thrilled to serve the community she knows and loves.
Blair attended the University of Mississippi School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude and served as Staff Editor of the Mississippi Sports Law Review. Blair earned dual undergraduate degrees at the University of Mississippi in Banking & Finance and Managerial Finance and graduated cum laude in both fields.
During law school, Blair honed her legal skills by working in diverse areas of law, including personal injury, criminal law, estate planning, and business transactions. She also interned at North Mississippi Rural Legal Services Elder Law Clinic, assisting with community outreach activities to provide legal services to low-income and elderly individuals. Prior to joining Mitchell Highlander, LLC, Blair practiced in the areas of general litigation and commercial & business litigation. Blair is currently admitted to practice in Illinois and Mississippi.
